Tesco Club Card Fraud?
I receive extra Tesco ClubCard points codes with my mailings from Tesco all the time, so I ordered online to get 1500 extra points which would have been great if they had been added but they weren't.
I phoned 3 times, 1st time told it takes 28 days, 2nd time said they would add them, 3rd time said they would add them.
E-mailed them and haven't got a response, I could have got the stuff in store and saved myself £5 delivery. Surely this is false advertising? Is it against trading standards to offer deals like thses and not honour them?

Points are added together every 3months.
You are not the only one, let me guess that the offer involved purchasing wine!! I have contacted the customer services department too as point were not added from the offer. I felt like I was undergoing an interigation from them.....lets see if they do now add the points!!
I wouldn't have a Clubcard for anything. I don't want anyone analysing what little I buy in Tesco and I certainly don't like the fact that they can get my details by simply swiping/scanning the card.
The in-store vouchers aren't much better. Half of them either don't work at all or do completely the wrong thing resulting in yet another trip to the customer service desk and another queue.
online vouchers have be entered at checkout at time of placing the order, the points on 1000-1500 vouchers do not generally show on a clubcard account until the mailing period and, if were accepted at checkout, will show on your statement. This is what you should have been advised!
I purchased both house and car insurance via tesco's compare with the promise of 2000 clubcard points and here we are 4 months later and you guessed it no sign of any points on my card. customer service told me to contact the insurers but after hours of hanging on the phone listening to awfull music both insurers said its down to tesco's. I am sick of Tesco I am going back with Asda insurance a far better company and service
Clubcards with tesco are probably the best reward card with the most deals to use your points on, I love what I can get from tesco with my card and I have never had a problem with the service.
I've heard of problems with clubcard coupons going missing,and someone else using them, and they used my card to do it.
So it looks like I've had someone else's coupons and used them, when I haven't, also someone has used my card after I lost it.
Confused ? so am I.

Shocking customer service. After trying to use vouchers which were rejected, I called the call centre from the store. Girl was rude and didn't listen. Insisted I had already presented the vouchers. Just kept repeating herself - like a stuck record. Even the Tesco Customer Service lady in store was appalled as it was CLEAR I had not presented the vouchers - I had them in my hand! So I emailed Tesco - got an automated response which meant nothing and wasn't in the slightest bit relevant. So I wrote to Tesco - specifically requesting they DON'T just respond saying the same as she did. They did. Have written again... Bad, bad BAD customer 'service'!
mmmmm. Yes. I am in the throws of calling back the customer services again over a clubcard issue. The problem for me is that i cannot log onto my account for love nor money. When the Cust services advisor spoke to me it was clear that her screen was different to the online Tesco web site which is probably why there is so much confusion. Sainsburies all the way for me. They are more honest and their points system is as clear as a bell. Sorry TESCO you've failed miserably.
